NEW PRINCIPAL
The school doors had
opened for Dr. Fermin D. Gutierrez, Jr. last November 18, 2019. He stepped in
as the new principal of Payas Elementary School, filling the role vacated by
Dr. Perlita S. Llarenas, who was assigned at Tebag Elementary School.
Dr. Gutierrez was married
to Mrs. Carolyn B. Gutierrez with two children. He was the principal of
Botao-Tebag Elementary School prior to his assignment in Payas Elementary
School.
His goal for any school he is assigned to is to be the best in
any aspect – whether academically or co-curricular activities.
